Return and Refund Policy for Najmi Store
Thank you for shopping at Parfums Najmi. We take pride in the quality of the fragrances we provide and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
Return for Refund or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and still under blister.
- The product itself remains untouched and unused.
We understand that you may wish to test the fragrance before deciding. Therefore, we include a small sample of each perfume with every parcel. You may use this sample to test the scent. If you are dissatisfied with the fragrance after using the sample, you may request a return or refund, provided that the full-sized product remains unopened and unused.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us atΒ admin@parfumsnajmi.comΒ to notify us that you would like to return your product. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the same return conditions apply. If the product is in its original unopened packaging, you may exchange it for another fragrance of the same value or as part payment for a product of a higher value.
